SUMMARY:
This document sets forth the terms and conditions of engagement between AETUS Studio (headquartered in Cusco, Peru) and the Client. It covers the scope of presentation design services (PPT/PPTX slides, pitch decks, branding, visual storytelling, motion graphics, etc.), the available packages (ORIGO, ELEVATIO, AUREUM) with their deliverables and limitations, as well as policies on payments, deliveries, revisions, cancellations, and refunds. It also describes intellectual property rights, portfolio usage, confidentiality, delivery timelines, language, applicable jurisdiction, and personal data handling. The goal is to clearly define the obligations of AETUS and the Client in order to avoid misunderstandings and misuse.
1) DEFINITIONS
- AETUS Studio: the company that provides presentation design services.
- Cliente: the individual or legal entity that engages AETUS Studio.
- Servicios: the design tasks detailed in section 2 (presentations, pitch decks, branding, etc.).
- Proyecto: a specific design assignment governed by the accepted quote.
- Paquete: a predefined service option (ORIGO, ELEVATIO, AUREUM) with fixed characteristics.
- Agreed Scope: the set of deliverables and tasks defined at the start; any additional work outside this scope is quoted separately.
- Final Deliverables: digital files delivered to the Client (e.g., PPT, PDF, video, brief instructions).
- Client Materials: information and assets provided by the Client (texts, images, logos, data) required for the project. The Client warrants their legality.
2) SCOPE OF SERVICES
AETUS Studio offers high-level creative services. Its specialties include:
- Presentation Design: Complete slide architecture for corporate reports, product launches, and executive briefings. Includes layout systems, typography, data visualization, and alignment with the Client’s brand style guide.
- Pitch Decks: High-level investor-oriented narratives. Highlight market traction, clear financial structure, and call-to-action flow to drive funding decisions.
- Motion & Transitions: Subtle, cinematic-paced animations and transitions. Smart effects are used to emphasize ideas without distraction (element entrances/exits, virtual camera movements, etc.).
- Visual Narrative (Visual Storytelling): Transformation of complex ideas into clear and memorable visual stories. A logical narrative arc is designed and visual hierarchy is optimized so the audience retains information.
- Brand-Aligned Design: Reinforcement of corporate identity across every slide. Consistency in color, typography, logo, voice, and tone across all internal and external materials.
- AI-Powered Workflow: Application of artificial intelligence tools to accelerate visual ideation and asset generation, under strict human supervision. Rapid ideation sessions and quality controls are included to maintain the client’s creative direction.
AETUS Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any project request when it deems the request to be outside its operational capacity, availability, area of expertise, or professional principles. Declining a project does not generate any obligation on the part of AETUS Studio.
3) PACKAGES AND DELIVERABLES
AETUS offers three service tiers, with defined deliverables and revisions:
- ORIGO “The beginning of visual clarity”: Polished presentations for academic, internal, or basic professional communication. Includes: up to 10 refined slides, 1 round of review, structured visual hierarchy, minor narrative adjustments, and final file in PPT/PPTX + PDF. (Price from US$11, depending on complexity and deadline).
- ELEVATIO “Elevate your perception”: Strategic design for pitches, branding, and high impact. Includes: up to 20 slides, advanced narrative structure, custom visuals and clearly presented data, enhanced transitions and subtle motion, brand-aligned visual direction, and an editable PowerPoint file. (Price from US$35, depending on scope).
- AUREUM “Leadership presence”: A fully customized experience with deep creative direction. Includes: scalable slide architectures, brand and audience research, cinematic presentation direction, advanced motion effects, priority creative process, unlimited revisions within the agreed scope, complete package of editable source files, and even presentation coaching. (Quote based on project; final price varies with scope and timeline.)
Each package specifies its deliverables (PPT/PPTX files, PDF, optional video, brief guides, etc.) and the number of included revisions (see section 5). The final details of the package (exact scope, cost, and delivery date) are agreed upon in the quote prior to the deposit.
4) ENGAGEMENT AND PAYMENTS
Engagement begins with AETUS sending a detailed quote. The acceptance of the quote by the Client (via email or agreed mechanism) formalizes the start of the project and constitutes acceptance of these Terms. For AUREUM-type projects, scope and price are defined before quoting.
- Advance Payment (Deposit): A 50% initial payment of the total amount is required to begin work. AETUS will not start the project without this deposit.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery of the final files. Until the final payment is received, any delivery (partial or total) will be considered a sample or preview.
- Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal using the link or email provided by AETUS Studio at the time of engagement. Other payment methods may only be considered for clients located in the same country as AETUS Studio and will be subject to prior approval. No service will be considered paid until AETUS confirms actual receipt of payment.
- Taxes and Invoicing: Prices exclude local taxes (IGV or others, as applicable). AETUS will issue invoices for both payments (deposit and balance).
- Payment Delays: If the Client delays the final payment, AETUS may suspend file delivery until the situation is resolved (late fees may apply as permitted by law).
5) DELIVERIES AND REVISIONS
- Final Deliveries: Once the final payment has been received and the preliminary version approved, AETUS will deliver the final files to the Client in the agreed formats (PowerPoint, PDF, video with transitions, etc.) via digital means (email or download link). The download link will be valid for 30 calendar days from the date of sending. After that period the link will expire.
- Preview Video: Prior to final delivery, AETUS may send a sped-up watermarked video of the presentation as a work preview. This video is illustrative only and does not constitute a final delivery.
- Narrative Instructions: Along with the files, a brief document is included with observations about the visual sequence and short tips for presenting.
- Included Revisions:
- ORIGO: includes 1 round of changes (revision) for minor adjustments.
- ELEVATIO: includes 2 rounds of changes.
- AUREUM: includes unlimited refinement rounds within the agreed scope.
Once the included revisions are exhausted, additional revisions or extra changes will be quoted separately.
In all cases, the Client must review and approve each version. Written final approval (for example, via email) is an essential requirement for final delivery. AETUS will not consider a project complete until such approval is received.
6) OUT-OF-SCOPE CHANGES
Any additional requirements not included in the original project scope will be considered “out of scope” and will be billed separately. This includes adding new slides, extra analysis, non-agreed functionalities, etc. Such changes must be requested in writing; AETUS will send an additional quote before proceeding. Until agreed upon in writing, AETUS will not perform work outside the initially quoted scope.
7) CLIENT INACTIVITY
The Client agrees to communicate and deliver the information requested by AETUS in a timely and reasonable manner. If the Client does not respond or deliver materials within a maximum of 15 calendar days following a request, AETUS will send up to two reminders (via email or WhatsApp). If after the second reminder the Client remains inactive for 15 more days, AETUS will consider the project cancelled due to the Client’s fault. In that case the deposit is retained and the project is closed; to reactivate or restart the project a new one must be initiated (new quote, new timelines). No refunds will be issued if cancellation is due to Client inactivity.
8) CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- By the Client: If the Client decides to cancel the project once started, the deposit will not be refundable. Additionally, the Client must pay proportionally for the work already performed up to the cancellation date.
- I Don’t Like It vs. Unmet Scope: There is no refund for mere unfounded dissatisfaction. A refund of up to 50% of the total payment will only be considered if the final result substantially deviates from the agreed scope, that is, if AETUS fails to meet the key commitments agreed upon. Simply stating “I don’t like it” will not suffice; an objective breach of the scope must be demonstrated.
- Insufficient Content: If the Client did not provide sufficient information and AETUS had to conduct its own investigation, it is understood that the coverage of that investigation is limited. In the event of dissatisfaction attributable to this lack of information (generic content or errors resulting from assumptions about information), the maximum refund will be 20% of the total.
- Design-Related Issues: If the Client believes the final work has design or quality defects directly attributable to AETUS (beyond scope), this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In such a situation the refund may reach up to 30% of the amount paid. Refund criteria always seek to be proportional and prevent abuse.
In any case, any refund claim must be submitted in writing to aetusstudio@gmail.com, describing the reasons in detail. AETUS reserves the right to evaluate each refund request.
9) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PORTFOLIO USAGE
The Client guarantees that they possess the rights to use or licenses for all materials (texts, images, logos, data) provided to AETUS for the project. The Client releases AETUS from any legal liability for the use of this material. AETUS will retain intellectual property rights to proposals, structures, and creative elements generated until final delivery.
However, AETUS may display partial or adapted versions of the project in its portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
10) CREDIT AND LOGO
As a measure of authenticity and promotion, AETUS will add the AETUS Studio logo and name to slide 1 of each presentation. The Client has the option to remove said slide (for example, for internal use), but acknowledges that modifying or removing pre-designed elements may affect the functioning of animations or transitions.
11) ACCURACY AND LIABILITY
- Use of Visual Resources (Client): The Client is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided (numerical data, names, dates, financial figures, texts). AETUS designs based on the material provided; does not garantiza la precisión de datos ajenos. El Cliente debe revisar cuidadosamente antes de exponer la presentación. However, AETUS Studio cannot guarantee the future validity of these licenses or assume responsibility for modifications subsequently made by external providers. When the Client provides images, logos, text, graphics, or other materials, it is the Client’s sole responsibility to have the corresponding rights, licenses, and authorizations for their use. Some visual resources may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools as part of AETUS Studio’s creative workflow and conceptual exploration.

- power outages
- internet failures
- third-party platform issues

- health emergencies
- social conflicts or similar situations.
In such cases, AETUS Studio will promptly inform the Client and agree on new delivery timelines when possible.
12) TIMELINES AND AVAILABILITY
Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project. They are counted from the deposit payment and the receipt of all necessary information and materials. AETUS will block these dates on its calendar; until then, no project is guaranteed. Any delay by the Client in delivering materials or responding to revisions will extend the agreed-upon final date. AETUS will inform the Client if an expedited delivery deadline may affect quality or incur an additional charge.
13) LANGUAGE AND INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
AETUS Studio works in Spanish and English, serving projects in Peru and international clients. The working language will be specified in the quote, or external translation/processing will be requested if necessary.
14) JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Cusco, and the parties waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
15) PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
- How and when should I pay? Payment is made in two installments: 50% upfront (to confirm the reservation of dates and materials) and 50% upon completion, prior to final delivery. AETUS Studio only begins project development once the initial payment has been confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid after approval of the final version and before the release of the final files. Payments are made via PayPal. Other payment methods will only be considered for clients located in the same country as AETUS Studio and will be subject to prior approval.
- How many revisions does each package include? ORIGO includes 1 revision, ELEVATIO includes 2, and AUREUM includes unlimited rounds within the agreed scope. Any additional revision outside those included or outside scope is quoted extra. In practice, we work closely to avoid multiple back-and-forths.
- What if I’m not satisfied with the result? AETUS does not offer refunds simply because “I don’t like it.” A refund will only be considered if the final work seriously fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications (a substantial departure from the scope). In such cases, a refund of up to 50% will be assessed. If the cause was a lack of information from the Client (generic research), the maximum refund would be 20%. If it is an error attributable to the design (quality), it could reach 30%. In each case, written notification detailing the reasons is required..
- Will my presentation appear in your portfolio? AETUS may display the project in its portfolio or social media for promotion. If you require strict confidentiality, you must communicate this before starting. Otherwise, only the final result will be shown in a generic form (without sensitive data).
- How long does delivery take? The timeframe depends on the complexity and workload. An estimated timeframe will be set at the beginning, and it will start from the deposit payment and receipt of all materials. Any delays on your part (data submission) will change the final date. Urgent requests can be expedited for an additional fee.
- What happens if I delay sending information? If the Client fails to deliver the requested content or remains unresponsive for an extended period, AETUS Studio will send up to two reminders via the provided contact channels. If the Client remains inactive for 15 calendar days without prior justification, the project may be considered closed due to inactivity, and the advance payment will not be refundable. To resume work after closure, a new project will need to be initiated with a new quote and availability.
- What languages do you work in? AETUS operates in Spanish and English. We can adapt the presentation to the desired language, as long as this is clarified from the start. As a rule, the presentation is designed in the language it will be delivered in.
- How will I receive the final files? Once the final balance is paid, we will send you the editable (PPT/PPTX) and PDF files via a download link, valid for 30 days. If you purchased a video, you will also receive the link to that video. Before final payment, you will only see a watermarked preview version..
